Who can apply
You may apply to become a seller on eBuy.store if you:
- Are legally eligible to sell items under Indian law
- Own the items you intend to list or have lawful rights to sell them
- Are willing to comply with platform policies and review processes

How seller onboarding works
- Creating an eBuy.store account
- Submitting seller and business information
- Completing identity and compliance checks (KYC, where applicable)
- Reviewing and accepting platform terms and policies
Approval, restriction, or rejection decisions are made manually. There is no guaranteed timeline for onboarding or approval.
Listing and review process
Once approved:
- Sellers may submit listings for review
- Certain listings may undergo expert review before publication
- Experts may correct listing attributes to improve clarity and accuracy
Expert review improves listing quality but does not certify authenticity or guarantee outcomes. Listings may be approved, rejected, or returned for correction.
Expert-approved listings are final and cannot be edited after approval. If a seller deletes an expert-approved listing before it is sold, expert review charges may apply and must be settled through support. Re-listing a previously deleted item requires a fresh expert review.
