This Acceptable Use & Conduct Policy governs how users may access and use the eBuy.store platform. It applies to all users, including buyers, sellers, experts, and any other participants. This policy exists to protect platform integrity, user safety, and operational trust.

1. Purpose of this policy

The purpose of this policy is to:

Define acceptable and unacceptable behavior

Coordinating fake transactions or feedback
Attempting to influence enforcement or admin decisions

d. Platform interference

Circumventing platform safeguards or controls
Scraping, data harvesting, or automated abuse
Attempting to probe, disrupt, or overload platform systems

e. Off-platform circumvention

Sharing contact details to bypass the Platform
Encouraging or completing off-platform transactions
Using external payment methods for Platform-listed items

4. Content standards

Users must ensure that all content they upload:

Is accurate, lawful, and non-deceptive
Does not infringe intellectual property rights
Does not contain defamatory, obscene, or harmful material
Complies with applicable laws and platform policies

eBuy.store may remove content that violates these standards without notice.

5. Enforcement actions

Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

Warnings or guidance
Content removal
Account restrictions
Listing or selling limitations
Account suspension or termination

Enforcement actions are manual, discretionary, and final.

6. Reporting misuse

Users may report suspected violations through official Platform channels. Reports must be truthful and made in good faith. False or malicious reporting may itself result in enforcement action.

7. No tolerance for retaliation

Retaliation against users who raise concerns, disputes, or grievances in good faith is prohibited and may result in immediate enforcement action.

8. No public disclosure of enforcement

Enforcement actions and reasons are confidential.
Users may not publicly misrepresent enforcement decisions or imply platform endorsement.

9. No waiver and platform discretion

Failure to enforce a rule in one instance does not waive future enforcement.
