1. Eligibility

• Users under 18 may browse the Platform only under parental or legal guardian supervision.
• You represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Indian law.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• You must notify eBuy.store immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.
• eBuy.store is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account use.

3. Marketplace Role and Intermediary Status

• eBuy.store operates strictly as an online marketplace intermediary.
• eBuy.store does not own, possess, store, inspect, or sell any listed items.
• All listings, descriptions, images, and representations are provided solely by sellers.
• eBuy.store is not an auctioneer, agent, broker, escrow provider, certifier, or guarantor.

Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers, subject to Platform rules and admin oversight.

4. Expert Reviews and Opinions

• Experts engaged on the Platform provide independent opinions based on available information.
• Expert reviews do not constitute certifications, guarantees, valuations, or legal assurances.
• eBuy.store does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of expert opinions.
• Sellers cannot override expert corrections once applied.

5. Listings and Seller Obligations

Sellers agree that:

• Only legally owned items or items with proper sale rights may be listed.
• Listings must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• Replica, imitation, or reproduction items must be explicitly disclosed.
• Use of stolen, internet-sourced, or third-party images without rights is prohibited.

eBuy.store may remove, restrict, or suspend listings that violate Platform standards without prior notice.

6. Transactions and Payments

• Payments must be completed only through Platform-approved payment gateways.
• Off-platform transactions are strictly prohibited and not protected by eBuy.store.
• eBuy.store does not guarantee successful transactions, delivery timelines, or item condition.
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for complying with applicable tax, customs, and regulatory obligations.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Sellers are responsible for packing, shipping, and dispatching items.
• Any shipment timelines shown are informational workflow indicators only and not guarantees.
• eBuy.store is not responsible for delays caused by sellers, logistics providers, customs, or external factors.

8. Refunds, Disputes, and Returns

• Refunds, returns, and disputes are handled case-by-case through manual review.
• No refunds are automatic or guaranteed.
• eBuy.store reserves final authority on dispute resolution decisions.
• Abuse of dispute mechanisms may result in account enforcement.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload forged, stolen, illegal, or prohibited items.
• Manipulate listings, reviews, or disputes.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users or staff.
• Attempt to bypass Platform safeguards or monitoring systems.

Violations may result in immediate enforcement action.

10. Intellectual Property

• Platform trademarks, logos, content structure, and branding are owned by eBuy.store.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute Platform materials without permission.
• Sellers retain rights to their own content but grant eBuy.store a licence to display it for marketplace operations.

11. Suspension and Termination

• eBuy.store may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
• Enforcement reasons are not required to be publicly disclosed.
• Termination does not waive outstanding obligations or liabilities.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• eBuy.store is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Liability, if any, is limited to Platform service fees paid for the affected transaction.
• Users agree to indemnify eBuy.store against claims arising from their conduct, listings, or transactions.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

• eBuy.store may update these Terms from time to time.
• Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
