This Anti-Circumvention & Contact Sharing Policy governs how users may communicate and transact on the eBuy.store platform. It exists to prevent off-platform transactions, protect marketplace integrity, and limit legal and financial risk to eBuy.store.

2. Prohibition on off-platform transactions

Finalize deals through phone calls, messaging apps, or social media

Transactions conducted outside the Platform are entirely at the users' own risk.

3. Contact sharing restrictions

Users must not share or request contact details for the purpose of bypassing the Platform, including:

Phone numbers
Email addresses
Social media handles or usernames
Messaging app IDs (WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, etc.)
External website or marketplace links

Any attempt to solicit or exchange such information for transaction purposes is prohibited.

4. Communication boundaries

Platform messaging tools are provided for transaction-related communication only.
Messages may be monitored or reviewed for policy compliance and safety purposes.
Users must not attempt to disguise contact details through images, coded text, or indirect references.

5. No platform protection for external dealings

eBuy.store provides no protection, support, or dispute handling for:

Payments made outside the Platform
Items exchanged or delivered off-platform
Agreements or promises made outside official Platform channels

Users waive any claims against eBuy.store arising from off-platform dealings.

6. Enforcement actions

Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

Message removal or communication restrictions
Listing or selling restrictions
Account suspension or termination
Forfeiture or withholding of platform privileges

Enforcement actions may be taken with or without prior notice.

7. Detection and monitoring

9. No waiver and final authority
