This Platform Rights & Disclaimers Policy defines the overarching rights, limitations, disclaimers, and legal protections applicable to the eBuy.store platform. This policy applies to all users, services, and interactions on the Platform and must be read together with all other eBuy.store policies.

3. No guarantees or assurances

Dispute resolution outcomes

Any expectations inferred from platform workflows, UI indicators, or communications are non-binding.

4. Intermediary and third-party disclaimer

eBuy.store does not own, possess, inspect, store, or ship listed items.
eBuy.store is not a seller, buyer, agent, broker, auctioneer, escrow provider, or certifier.
All transactions occur between buyers and sellers.

Third-party services (payment gateways, logistics, hosting, analytics) operate independently, and eBuy.store is not responsible for their actions, failures, or omissions.

5. Platform rights and discretionary powers

eBuy.store reserves the unrestricted right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform
Remove or restrict content, listings, or accounts
Enforce policies at its sole discretion
Change workflows, features, or access rules
Deny service to any user

These rights may be exercised with or without notice where necessary.

6. Limitation of liability

7. Indemnification

This indemnity survives account termination and platform exit.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
